Control StepOrder Measure
1. Check if CH flow temperature sensor
(NTC) is damaged or not?
Are the measured values OK?
(resistance table)
Yes: Check the connection terminal on NTC
If E2 still flashing
No:
If E2 still flashing
2. Check if the cables are damaged or not?
Are the measured resistance values at
at NTC and sock connection same?
Yes:
Is E2 flashing
No:
3. Electronic card is out of order.
Turn of the appliance
Pull cables out
Measure the electrical resistance of
the NTC sensor.
Turn of the appliance
·If NTC changed:
-disassemble the NTC cable from
NTC.
-measure the sensor resistance.
-assemble the NTC to NTC cable
again.
Pull out the 20 poled RAS 5
connector from the electronic card.
Measure the electrical resistance of
Change the NTC.
Fasten the connection cable.
Switch on the appliance.
Chance the cable harness
Turn on the appliance.
Switch off the appliance.
Cut mains supply.
Change the electronic card.
Connect to mains supply.
Switch on the appliance.
