you
control
the
most
used
functions
of
the
CA-CSSBK
with
a
single
touch.
®
This
One
Touch
Operations
starts
playing
a
CD,
(ums
on
the
radio,
plays
a
tape,
etc.
with
a
single
press
of
the
play
button
for
that
function.
What
One
Touch
Operation
does
for
you
is
to
tum
the
power
on,
then
start
function
you
have
called
for.
COMPUTPLAY

the
Volume
controls

Control
Turn
the
VOLUME
control
adjust
the
volume
level
of
the
speakers
or
headphones,

set
the
VOLUME
control
to
MIN
betore
turning
on
a
connected
source

as
a
VCR
or
turntable,
connecting
optional
or
starting
any
other
of
the

as

VOLUME
control
is
turned
equipment
up
the
sudden
blast
of
sound
energy
can
permanently
damage
your
hearing

ruin

Balance

Tum
the
BALANCE
control
to
adjust
the
left-and-right
sound
balance
in
the
speakers
or
headphones.

Bass
Extension

feature
is
designed
and
incorporated
to
reinforce
the
bass
sound,
depending
on
the
volume
level
to
maintain
the
richness
and
fullness
of
the
bass.
You
cannot
control
it
manually.

BASS
EXTENSION

light
the
indicator
if
you
want
to
use
the
Active
Bass
Extension
function.
To
cancel
this
function,
press
the
ACTIVE

EXTENSION
button

with
Headphones
A
standard
pair
of
headphones
can
be
connecied
at
the
PHONES
jack
on
the
front
panel.
No
sound
can
be
heard
from
the
speakers.
Be
sure
to
turn
down
the
volume
betore
connecting
or
puiting
on
headphones
as
high
volume
can
damage
doth
the
headphones
and
your
hearing.

preset
sound
effects
that
give
you
control
of
the
way
your
music
sounds.

SURROUND

effects.

With
these
effects,
the
sound
coming
from
only
two
speakers
approaches
the
quality
of
sound
from
four
speakers.

CLUB

Increase
resonance
and
bass.
HALL
Adds
depth
and
brilliance
to
the
sound,
like
in
a
concert
hall.
STADIUM
Adds
clarity
and
spreads
the
sound,
like
in
an
outdoor
stadium.
To
get
an
effect,
press
the
Live
Surround
preset
button
(DANCE
CLUB,
HALL,
or
STADIUM)
on
the
Unit.
“LIVE-S”
lights
up
and
the
effect
you
want
is
pointed
with
the
cursor
(
<@»
)
on
amp
display.
When
using
the
Remote
controller,
press
the
LIVE-S
MODE,
you
can
cycle
through
the
effects
one
after
another.
To
cancel
the
effect,
press
the
button
again.

cursor

will
go
off
the
amp
display,
When
using
the
Remote
controller,
press
the

MODE
repeatedly
until
"LIVE-S”
goes
off
on
the
amp

use
for
the
music
you
are
listening

this
case,
you
can
use
a
very
helpful
function
Sound
Effect
Demonstration
To
get
the
function,
hold
down
the
DEMO
button
(the
same
button
as
the
DANCE
CLUB
button)
during
play
fora
few
seconds.
The
Unit
bricfly
demonstrates
six
sound
modes.
To
cancel
the
function,
press
any
Sound
Effect
Mode
button.
Listening
to
Optional
Equipment
By
playing
the
sound
froma
VCR,
Auxiliary
equipment
or
lumtable
through
the
CA-CS5BK,
you
can
gain
control
over
how
the
music
or
program
sounds.
Once
the
connected
equipment
is
playing
through
the
CA-CSSBK,
you
can
apply
the
sound
effects,
make
recordings,
or
listen
with
the
headphones.

make
sure
that
the
connection
between
optional
equipment
and
the
CA-CSSBK
has
been
done
correctly.
Set
the
VOLUME
control
to
MIN.
Press
the
AUX/VIDEO
button
or
the
PHONO
button.
The
Unit
automatically
turns
on
the
“AUX”
or
“PHONO”
lights
up
on
the
amp
display.
Start
playing
the
selected
equipment.
Adjust
the
VOLUME
to
a
proper
listening
level.
Select
a
desired
sound
effect
mode
if
you
want.
