RX-MXG9BK
Recording
from
CD
-
Fuzzy
CD
Recording
Since
the
CA-MXG9BK
provides
3
types
of
Fade
modes
and
4
types
of
CD
Editing
modes,
you
can
make
a
variety
of
CD
recordings
by
combining
these
7
modes.
Using
the
Fade
Mode
There
are
3
types
of
Fade
mode;
FADE,
NONSTOP,
FADE
NONSTOP
(a
combination
of
NONSTOP
and
FADE).
Each
time
you
press
the
FADE
MODE
button,
the
Fade
mode
changes
in
the
following
sequence.

(You
will
see
these
changes
on
the
CD
display)
FADE:
At
the
end
of
the
tape,
the
CA-MXG9BK
automatically
goes
back
to
the
beginning
of
the
last
selection
and
re-records
it,
this
time
gently
fading
out
at
the
end.

If
you
have
set
the
REVERSE
MODE
to
>
or
<2,
side
B
starts
recording
at
the
beginning
of
the
last
track
on
side
A.
So
you
get
the
whole
selection,
even
though
part
of
it
was
cut
off
when
the
tape
ran
out
on
side
A.
NONSTOP:
Every
track
ends
by
fading
out,
and
the
next
track
starts
as
soon
as
fading-out
is
over.
Thus,
you
can
make
a
tape
with
no
blank
portions
between
selections.
At
the
end
of
the
tape,
however,
this
mode
does
not
make
the
end
of
the
track
fade
out,
if
the
selection
is
cut
off
when
the
tape
runs
out.
FADE
NONSTOP:
Using
this
mode
you
can
record
the
entire
tape
without
any
blanks.
Every
track
ends
by
fading
out,
and
at
the
end
of
the
tape,
the
last
selection
fades
out
instead
of
cutting
off
abruptly
when
the
tape
runs
out,
just
like
FADE.

Ifyou
have
set
the
REVERSE
MODE
to

or

side
B
starts
recording
at
the
beginning
of
the

on

A.
Note
NONSTOP
and
FADE
NONSTOP
modes
cannot
be
used
with
the
MULTI
EDIT
mode
(see
page
25).
Recording
with
special
effects
When
you
start
recording
with
Fuzzy
CD
Recording
or
Auto
Edit,
the
special
effects
cannot
be
changed
without
stopping
recording,
and
often
having
to
start
over.
If
you
need
different
sound
effects
for
each
selection,
use
the
standard
recording
features
described
in
the
Easy
Guide
section.
