The
controls
for
the
radio
are
located
in
the
Tuner/Amplifier
section.
With
these
controls
you
can
browse
through
all
the
stations
or
use
the
preset
function
to
go
immediately
to
a
particular
station.

section.

Once
a
station
is
assigned
to
a
channel
number,
the
station
can
be
quickly
tuned
=
=
either
from
the
Remote
using
the
10
keys
or
from
the
CA-MXG9BK
itself
using
:
the
PRESET
<
or
>
button
to
call
up
the
channel
number.
(
To
preset
radio
stations
1.
Tune
in
the
station
you
want
to
set
(see
page
8
in
the
Easy
Guide
section).

2.
Press
the
MEMORY
button.
On
the
Tuner/Amplifier
display,
MEMORY
will
blink
for
5
seconds.
During
these
5
seconds
while
MEMORY
is
blinking
you
can
assign
a
channel
number
to
the
station
and
enter
it
into
the
memory.

Select
achannel
number
by
pressing
the
PRESET
<
or
>
button
until
you
find
the
channel
number
you
want.
If
you
select
a
number
you
have
already
assigned,
the
previous
selection
will
be
erased
and
replaced
by
the
new
station.
4,
Press
the
MEMORY
button
again
and
the
station
will
be
assigned
to
the
channel
number
showing
on the
display.
Up
to
10
stations
each
for the
FM
and
AM
bands
can
be
preset.
To
cancel
presetting
:
Press
the
CANCEL
button.
On
the
display,
CANCEL
will
blink
for
5
seconds.
During
these
5
seconds
for
which
CANCEL
is
blinking,
you
can
select
the
station
you
want
to
erase.
Press
the
CANCEL
button
again.
CAUTION:
Preset
stations
may
be
erased
when
power
is
cut
off
to
the
Unit,
as
when
it
is
unplugged
from
the
AC
outlet
or
a
power
failure
occurs.
If
the
preset
stations
are
lost,
simply
set
the
stations
again
using
the
above
procedure.
Using
Auto
Preset
Function
The
CA-MXG9BK
will
automatically
preset
AM
or
FM
stations.
1.
Press
the
FM
or
AM
button.
2.
Press
the
MEMORY
button.
On
the
display
MEMORY
will
blink
for
5
seconds.
During
these
5
seconds
for
which
MEMORY
is
blinking
you
can
use
the
Auto
Preset
mode.
3.
Press
the
PRESET
SCAN
button.
Regardless
of
whether
FM
or
AM
is
selected,
the
automatic
search
will
start
with
the
FM
stations.
After
the
FM
preset
operation
is
completed,
the
AM
preset
operation
will
begin.
Up
to
10
stations
each
for
the
FM
and
AM
bands
can
be
preset.
When
a
station
is
found,
it
will
be
received
for
about
5
seconds.
If
you
PRESET
SCAN
do
not
want
to
preset
the
station,
press
the
PRESET
SCAN
button
again
while
receiving
the
station
and
the
station
will
be
skipped.
