Formatting the USB External Hard Disk Drive
All files on the external hard disk drive can be deleted.
CAUTION:

All data on the external hard disk drive will be deleted when it is format-
ted.
Copy all files on the card to a PC before formatting.

Select video or still image mode.

Select “FORMAT” and touch C.

Select “YES” and touch C.

After formatting, touch C.
Creating a Disc Using a Connected Blu-ray
Recorder
You can create discs using a Blu-ray recorder by connecting it to this
camera using a USB cable.

Close the LCD monitor and connect.

① Connect the AC adapter to this unit.
② Connect using the provided USB cable.

Open the LCD monitor.

The USB MENU appears.

Select “BACK UP” and touch C.

Perform dubbing on the Blu-ray recorder.
