Open the control panel
The unit turns on, then...

Insert a disc
The unit draws the disc, the control panel
closes then goes back to the previous
position (see page 39), and playback starts
automatically.
To stop play and eject the disc:
To return the control
panel to its previous
position, press it again.
To fast-forward or reverse the track:

Basic Disc Operations
What information is shown on the display
The following information are shown commonly for disc operations.
• If you press DISP on the control panel, the display will show the different information or
different screens (see page 22).
Fast-forwards.
Reverses.
Hold
To next tracks.
To the beginning of the current track,
then the previous tracks.
To previous folders.
To next folders.
Elapsed playing time
Disc type
ID3 Tag icon ( )
appears when tag is shown.
