8.3 Labelling
Including all returns paperwork and labelling the package correctly enables us to
process your case quickly. Please ensure that a delivery note is enclosed in each pack-
age. The delivery note should contain the following information:
• Number of devices or components in each package.
• Item numbers, serial numbers, designations.
• Address of your company/contact person.
• Reason for return, e.g. repair exchange.
• Accurate description of fault.
Returns from countries outside the EU also require a customs invoice with an accur-
ate customs value. In some countries (e.g. Switzerland) a preference is required.
