How to troubleshoot Kaba RAC 3.5 IP Access Controllers when all controller board LEDs are off?

If all the controller board (B) LEDs are OFF on your Kaba IP Access Controllers: * Verify that the RAC 4 controller is connected properly to the power adapter. * Verify that AC power is active for the wall mount power adapter. * If qualified, use a multi-meter to verify that 12VDC is present across J16-1 and J16-2 with the power adapter connected and AC power turned on.
