To address the issue of no feedback when using a programmed card with your Kaba IP Access Controllers, start by ensuring the RAC 4XT controller is active. Look for blinking Functionality 1 (D45) and Functionality 2 (D46) LEDs. If they aren't blinking, try resetting the controller by pressing the Reset switch (SW1) or by disconnecting and reconnecting the power. Also, check the wiring to the reader and confirm that the data present LED (D34 for Ingress, D35 for Egress) illuminates when a card is used. Verify that the card is encoded correctly and that the time is correct on both the RAC 4XT and the FDU (or Atlas); if not, perform a Reset Lock Time. As a final step, consider re-programming the RAC 4XT.
