Thread the machine correctly by referring to the illustration below.
Fill the machine with oil until the oil level is at the top line.
Obtain proper angle and height by inserting looper fully into holder A and tightening screw B.
Looper point should be ~1mm above left needle eye at extreme left, ~0.2mm at extreme right.
Distance from looper point to center of needle bar is 6mm at farthest right position.
Looper point should be 0.8~1.2mm above left needle eye when at center of left needle.
Looper point 0.8~1.2mm above left needle eye; clearance 0.2~0.3mm between left needle and looper.
When looper moves, it barely touches right needle; clearance to left needle is approx. 0.2~0.3mm.
Stitch length adjustable from 1.4 to 4.2mm with no step.
Timing adjusts take-up's relation to needle's up-and-down movement.
Looper thread removed from position B when left needle point is 0~0.5mm above looper blade.
