5.3 Filter panes
Safety function The facial tanners are equipped with an additional safety
function. Behind each of the fi lter panes there is a safety switch
that switches off the burner if a pane is missing or broken.
Do not operate the tanning system with a defective fi lter pane.
Carry out regular visual inspections!
Filter panes have to be replaced only by those of the same type!
The fi lter panes may be dismantled and replaced by trained
expert staff only.

This frame is to be dismantled as follows:
Step Procedure Reference
1 Dismantle the acrylic pane. Section 3.2
2 Undo the screws of the tube cover in the facial area to
remove the tube cover.
3 Undo the screw of the lower fi lter pane frame. Hold the
frame. Tilt it down and then take it out.
4 Also hold the front frame when undoing the screws.
Now you can take it out as well.

1 Completely dismantle the acrylic pane. Section 3.2
2 Undo the screws of the tube cover in the facial area to
remove the tube cover.
