2. Service Plan
Service intervals For a safe operation of the sun beds, regular service works are
essential and have to be documented. Cleaning works have to
be done when necessary and do not have to be documented.
Service hours What has to be done? see
Every day Check the fi lling level of the condensate tank and empty
it if necessary.
100 Change or clean fi lter mats 5.7
500 - 600 Change burners
For inductive apparatuses:
• Change tubes
• Change starters
• Reset counter of service hours

• Change tubes
• Reset counters (8)
• Reset counter of service hours
Check and grease ropes of the canopy drive 5.8
Check all inner tubes and – if necessary – change them
Climatic apparatus:
• Clean heat exchanger
• Check the functioning of the condensate pump
