Keithley 3700A Series - Power-Up Sequence

For instruments without a front-panel, you should see the Power
indicator illuminate, then all three indicator lights illuminate briefly.
For instruments with a front-panel, when the instrument is turned
on, you should see:

When initialization is complete, you will see the default display
screen, as shown below.
