Example:
SweepILogMeasureV(smua, 0.01, 0.1, 0.001, 5)
This function performs a 5-point logarithmic current sweep starting at 10mA
and stopping at 100mA. Voltage is measured at every step (point) in the
sweep. The source will be allowed to settle on each step for 1ms before a
measurement is performed.
The following log values and corresponding source levels for the 5-point log
sweep are listed as follows:
