Is the electric wiring or piping connection installed
correctly and securely?

Has the unit been securely earthed? It may cause electrical leakage
Is the power cord specified? It may cause electric malfunction or damage the parts
Is the inlet or outlet blocked?
It may cause insufficient cooling (heating)
Is the length of connection pipes and refrigerant capacity
recorded?
The refrigerant capacity is not accurate
