14 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Trouble Possible causes
No indication - Balance is not turned on
- Mains connection does not function (cable not connected,
cable defective).
- Mains supply break down.
Weight indication is
changing permanently
- Air movements.
- Vibrations of the table or the floor
- The pan is in contact with an alien element.
Weighing result is obviously
false
- Balance has not been tared.
- No adjusting has been done.
- Temperature deviations.
14.1 Error messages
O-Err
The balance has been overloaded.
b-Err
Electronic error, caused by electrostatic fields. Check the
environment. When necessary change the installation place.
1-Err
Wrong adjusting weight (too light).
2-Err
Wrong adjusting weight (to heavy).
11-Err
Transport lock not released, see point 3 “Installation“. Weighing
mechanism defective. Please contact the manufacturer.
When other error messages appear turn off the balance and on again. When the error
message still appears please contact the manufacturer.
