Ø Naked eye is difficult to determine the fine shape structure, and need the
colposcope to magnify the lesions for observation.
Ø Before the cervical cancer surgery, need to use colposcope to observe the site
lesion spreading to guide surgical .
l Contraindications:
Ø Other gynecological vaginal operations are not allow before former one day of
colposcope examination
Ø Vaginal medication are prohibit two days ago before the colposcope
examination.
Ø Can not be allowed to do colposcope examination in the menstrual period.
