6 Record the readings in the Input Impedance Test table of the Performance Test
Record at the end of this chapter.
7 Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the remaining 50 Ω vertical scale settings in the
Impedance Test table.
8 Repeat steps 3 through 7 on the remaining channels of the oscilloscope.
9 Repeat steps 3 through 8 using an input resistance of 1 MΩ instead of 50 Ω and
verify resistance readings of 1 M
Ω ±10 kΩ.
Due to the current source limitations of the 34411A/3458A DMM, be sure to set it to 10 MΩ
range instead of Auto Range when testing the 1 MΩ resistance.
