This section provides information about determining the uncertainty of the
measurements on your network analyzer.
Download the Vector Network Analyzer Uncertainty Calculator
You can download a program from Keysight that provides the measurement
uncertainty associated with your vector network analyzer measurement and
ECal module. Go to www.keysight.com/find/na_calculator and follow the
instructions on the Web site to download the program.
The program uses your Keysight network analyzer model number, your ECal
module model number, and electrical limits to calculate specific uncertainty
charts for your network analyzer. The program is Microsoft Windows based and
uses a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to calculate, graph, and display uncertainty
curves.
