Enable the Options
Option license key information is required to enable product
options. Contact your nearest Keysight Office for purchasing
a license. Refer to the procedures below to activate the
options you have purchased.
1 Press > More > More > Licensing > Option
2 Enter the option number to be enabled. Press [Enter] to
confirm your input.
3 Press License key, enter the license key in the onscreen
window. Press [Enter] to confirm your input and terminate
the license key input.
4 Press Activate License. The option
will be enabled immediately.
Firmware Update
Press > More > Show software to view the firmware
revision of your analyzer. If you call Keysight Technologies
regarding your analyzer, it is helpful to have this revision
and the analyzer serial number available. To update the
firmware, refer to:
http://www.keysight.com/find/n9320b
Follow this procedure to finish the firmware update:
1 Download the firmware package from web. Extract and copy
the file version and folder “n9320b” into the root directory
of a USB stick.
2 Insert the USB stick into the USB connector. Press >
{More} > {Upgrade}
The analyzer will perform the update process automatically.
The upgrade procedure will take several minutes.

CAUTION
Any interruption during the update process will result in update failure
and system data lost. Do not remove the USB storage device until the
update is finished.
