Measurement gate functions

Set the gate start time and length.
The gate start time is relative to the trigger event. Positive values set a measurement gate, to a maximum time of
1 second, after the trigger. Negative values set a measurement gate, to a maximum time of 1 second, before the trigger.

The CCDF gate does not allow a gate start time before the trigger event. For this reason, it has a separate definition and
control section in the menu. For greater usability, any of the standard gates can be coupled to the CCDF gate (start time
and length are shared).
