How to use HSC wizard:
1） Select the counter in【HSC】.
2） Check【Enable HSC】, and then continue following configuration.
3） Select counter mode in【Mode】.
4） Select the starting mode in【Start method】.
There are two starting method:
“Using HSC instruction”: If selecting this method, then it needs to execute HSC instruction
