livel shoul d be between the upper and

Lines of the oil gauge. Whi ch i s not
screwed into the filling orifice.
★ Hi gh quali ty 4-stroke machine
oil. Class SE or SD in API classifi-
cati on.of SAE15W-40 i n vi scosity will
help m aintain a long service life or the
engi ne.In case those are not availabl e,a
substi tute suitabl e for the ambi ent
temperature of appli cati on shoul d be
selected according to the table on the
right side.
Machine oil pl ays a very im portant
rol e i n the normal operati on of the
engine and for this reason,it is necessary
to check the motorcycle for machine oil
peri odi call y and renew the oil once
every800-1,000km of driving by the
foll ow ing procedures.
Remove the screw plug from the
bottom of the hot engi ne to drain off all
ol d oil .
Wash the oil filter screen clean and
rem ount it really to po sition .Then fill in
0.8L fresh machine oil and start the
engi ne for i dl e running2-3 minutes.
Let the engi ne stop for 1-2
minutes and check to see whether the
oil l evel i s i n between the upper and
lower lines of the oil gauge.
Do not use any machine oil of a
different grade than the specified one
to avoid machinery failure.
