Thr ottle Cable
Make sure that the adj usting nut of the throttl e
cabl e and l ocki ng nut work normally.
Check to see if the thro ttle twist g rip is with the
requi red free operating movement.
The required free operating movement:2-6 mm.
If the grip can not be so moved freel y.turn the
adjust ing nut to ensure it.
After adjustment, start the engine and check for
the free operating movenent agai n, Repeat the
adjustment if necessary until it is as required.

Ca ution:
The adj usting procedures of i dling speed:
1.Support the vehi cl e by a stand.
2.Adj ust the i dling speed by the throttl e stop
screw(1) to 1500±150rpm.
Caution:
Do not try to cover up any troubl e of other parts of the
carburetor by adjusting the idling speed. In case of
any abnormality with th e carb uretor,it has to remo ved
by your deal er.
Adj ustment of i dli ng speed shall be made onl y when
the col d engi ne i s warm ed up or 10 mi nutes after the
motorcycl e i s stopped from driving.
