The vehi cl e shoul d be supported by the main stand for check.
(1) The rear brake pedal has a free operating movement of 20-30mm as
shown i n the figure on the ri ght si de.
(2) To make adj ustment, turn the rear brake adjust i ng nut cl ockwi se to
reduce snd counter cl ock wi se to increase the free operating movement of the
brake pedal.
Adjus tme nt of Cha in
1.When regu lat ion is needed. Ioosen the rear axle
nut
2.Turn the chail adj usti ng nuts
on the left an d right sid es to adjust the tension of the ch ain and to align the
marki ng of the chai n adj uster wi th the engraved lines i n the simil ar positi on,
on both si des.
3.Tighten the l ock nut and rear axke nut by a torque of 35-50Nm .
4. Repetitively check the tensi on of the chai n.
5.When the rearwheel is changed in position and the chain adjusted, the
free operating movemen t of the rear brake pedal will be affected, which,
therefore, should be checkedthereafter and also regulated if necessary
