Brake
(1) The front brake has a free operating
movement of 10-20mm as shown i n the figure on the
right side.
(2) inspect the reseivoir capacity and refill if
necessary i n order to maintai n proper l evel i n the
reservi or.Thi s shoul d be the maj or proj ect of your
regul ar inspecti on
(3) check the front brake lini ng for i ts worm
depth.i f i ts worn depth i s up to the limi ted mark,
repl ace the brake lini ng.i f the lini ng doesnāt have
limited mark but a concave slot as the figure,replace
the lining wh ile its worn depth u p to the b ottom of
concave slot.replacemen t of a pair of lin ings shall be
conducted sumultaneously despite onl y one of them
is worn.
