Cut food into pieces that will fit in
the hopper.

Turn the Stand Mixer to Speed 4
and feed food into hopper using
the combination food pusher/wrench.
USING THE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE STRAINER ATTACHMENT

After attaching the Fruit and
Vegetable Strainer attachment to
the Stand Mixer, place the mixer
bowl under the strainer tray to catch
strained food and place a smaller
bowl under the open end to catch
food waste.
NOTE: Liquid may appear in the hopper when processing large amounts of high-
moisture foods such as tomatoes or grapes. To drain liquid, continue to operate
the Stand Mixer. To avoid damage to the Stand Mixer, do not process additional
food until the liquid has drained from the hopper.
