Use clear, dry air filtered to remove dusts and moisture which will
deterioratethehousinginteriorandcausemalfunctionoftheactuator.
Ensure to correctly calculate the required amount of air in advance and
preparecompressorsandreservoirswithsufficientcapacity.
Selectsolenoidvalves,airfilter-regulatorsandairsupplytubeswhichhave
asufficientcapacitytoaccommodatetheairflowratecalculatedinadvance.
Todeterminethepracticalcapacityofacompressororairtank,additionof
extra 30% to the calculated air consumption volume is recommended
consideringapossibleairlosscausedbyconnectingtotheaccessoriesand
tubes.Insufficientairsupplywillcauseapulsystrokeandmalfunction.
