What to do if the ice shovel on my Klarstein Ice Maker doesn't push ice?

If the ice shovel in your Klarstein Ice Maker isn't pushing ice into the collector, the water tray might not be horizontal or balanced. Adjust it by pressing the ice shovel lightly with your finger, and then restart the ice maker.
