Engine Identifi cation Numbers
When ordering parts, or in any communication
involving an engine, always give the Model,
Specifi cation, and Serial Numbers, including le er
suffi xes if there are any.
The engine identifi cation numbers appear on a decal,
or decals, affi xed to the engine shrouding. See Figure
1-1. An explanation of these numbers is shown in
Figure 1-2.
