Replacing the oil filter

Loosen the oil filter 1 with a strap wrench or similar tool and unscrew.
CAUTION
Hot engine oil!
Risk of burns! Can cause injuries.

Avoid skin contact with the engine oil.
u
Wear protective gloves when changing the engine oil.
u
Dispose of oil filter (observe country-specific regulations).
u
Oil seal on the oil filter. (Use engine oil.)
u
Screw on new oil filter 1 until the sealing contacts the oil module.
u
Tighten oil filter 1 by hand 1/2 of a revolution.
w
Torque 25 Nm.
