  If your Koldfront Air Conditioner isn't cooling, ensure the unit is actually set to 'cooling' mode. Also, the compressor might need up to 3 minutes to activate. If the air conditioner is on cooling mode and the compressor does not engage, it is possible that the compressor has a cracked coil that is leaking oil. In this case, contact customer service to replace the unit.
