12.1.4 OPERATIONS AND CHECK BEFORE STARTING

WARNING
If the control levers are touched by accident, the machine may
move suddenly.
When leaving the operator’s compartment, always place the
safety lever securely at the LOCK position.
Carry out the checks before starting. For details, see “12.1
CHECK BEFORE STARTING ENGINE”.
1. Adjust the seat so that brake pedal @ can be depressed fully with
the operator’s back against the backrest.
2. Check the positions of the levers before starting the engine.

3. Check that the brake pedal @ is locked with brake lock lever 0. 1

that the gear shift lever 0 is at the neutral position and
that it
is locked with safety lever @I.
