Sending a Delayed Fax from Memory
!
This is the fax unit’s default.
• You can send the fax to multiple locations.
• You may have twenty delayed faxes loaded into your
fax machine.
• The fax machine can be used for other transmissions
while a delayed fax is waiting to be sent.
• To change the default setting, you must adjust the
settings for User Function 18, Mem./Feeder SW. Refer
to the “Setting Basic Functions, User Function
Settings” section of this user's manual.
Sending a Delayed Fax from the Document
Feeder
1 Load your documents.
2 Press the Select Function key.
3 Press the 1/Delayed TX One Touch key. The display shows
DELAYED TX
[today’s date]
4 If the transmission is to occur on the same day, skip to step
6. Otherwise, press the No © key. The display shows
PRG. START DATE 0-9.
5 Using the numeric keypad, enter the date you wish the
transmission to begin. Your entry may be up to three days
in advance.
6 Press the Yes § key. The display shows
PRG. START TIME 0-9.
7 Using the numeric keypad, enter the time you wish the
transmission to begin, in 24-hour format. Examples: 8:00
am is 08:00; 8:00 pm is 20:00.
8 Press the Yes § key. The display shows
BROADCAST/MEMORY TX (KONICA FAX 9760).
