      The “ ” indicator turns on when the ice storage bin is full. Simply remove some ice cubes to resolve this.

      If your KoolMore Ice Maker completes the ice-making cycle but produces no ice, the ambient or water temperature might be too high. Try moving the unit to a place where the temperature is below 90°F and use colder water. If this doesn't solve the issue, refrigerant leakage or a clogged cooling system tube may be the cause and will require technical service.

      The “ ” symbol may be on for several reasons: * No water supply: Check the main water supply pressure and ensure the water supply hose isn't blocked. Increase water pressure or clean the hose if needed. * Blocked floating ball: The floating ball of the water level detecting switch may be blocked. Clean the water tank and the water level detecting switch. * Unit not level: Ensure the unit is on a level surface. * Drain pipe issue: The water may be flowing out from the drain pipe. Pull out the pipe and reinstall it properly into the water tank slot.
