2.3 Removing the transportation safety bolts and the transportation locks
warning: Do not remove the transportation locks before taking out the packaging reinforcement.
PERFORM THIS OPERATION BEFORE REMOVING
THE BASKET LOCKING SECURITY BOLTS.
REMOVAL OF THE PACKING REINFORCEMENT.
Remove the packing reinforcement, getting
help from another person, by tilting the washing
machine as shown in the figure and pulling
the tape coming out from the lower front of the
washing machine.
warning: Remove the transportation safety bolts before operating the washing machine!
Otherwise, the product will be damaged..
REMOVAL OF THE BASKET LOCKING BOLTS
- Loosen all bolts with a wrench of the appropriate size until they rotate freely (A).
- Remove the retaining bolts by turning them slowly and without applying excessive force.
- Once the bolts are removed, close the holes with the appropriate plastic plugs in the manual case (B).
Keep the safety bolts for transportation in order to reuse them when the washer needs to be moved
again.
Never move the product without the transport safety bolts being properly secured!
