The DW-8000 has eight synthesizer voices.
The KEY ASSIGN function determines
which voice is used (and how
it
is
used)
to
produce the sound when a note is played on
the keyboard.
The KEY ASSIGN section provides four
modes - POL Y1, POL Y2, UNISON 1, and
UNISON2 -
to
give you an optimum choice
for playing your new sounds.
When you write a program to the DW-8000,
the KEY ASSIGN mode being selected at
that time will be stored in memory.
