If the burner on your Kozy Heat Indoor Fireplace won't light, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the pilot light is lit. Next, check that the regulator valve is turned "on." Also, verify the rocker switch is activated, exposing the "Red" or "on" indicator. If these steps don't work, inspect the rocker switch wire connections and the generator wires at the regulator terminals for looseness. Additionally, check for pinched generator wires. Finally, ensure that any connected wall switch, remote control, or thermostat is properly connected and set.
