Find the spring angle of your molding using
the included Angle Finder.
A. There are three common spring angles
(38°, 45°, and 52°). The spring angle is
simply the angle at which the bottom of the
molding intersects the wall. The ‘bottom’ of
the piece is always the more ‘detailed’ edge.
B.Tondthespringangleofyourmolding,place
 onesideoftheAngleFinder(L)onthelargeat
back of the workpiece, and the other side on
the bottom angle of the workpiece, as shown.
