Blade cassette
Possible cause Remedy
FMI 7: The blade cassette has not been raised and the universal shaft is active.
The blade cassette has not
been swung in.
 Swing in the blade cassette using the tractor hydraulics.
The sensorB08 "Blade cas-
sette up" is defective or has
been incorrectly set.
 Check and adjust the sensorB08 "Blade cassette up", refer
to page61.

Net wrapping
Possible cause Remedy
FMI 7: The net has not been pulled.
The net does not move during
the starting process.
 Only use net rolls with the prescribed dimensions.
The net roll is not correctly in-
serted in the reception device
and/or the roll braking device
is not set correctly.
 Insert the net roll according to the description, see chapter
Operation, "Inserting a net roll" and set the roll brake at the
same time.
 In particular, check the net overhang. Make sure it is at least
250 mm.
The wrapping material brake
does not release.
 Set the wrapping material brake, see chapter Settings,
"Setting the wrapping material brake".
 Check the axial clearance of the wrapping material brake.
The net is pulled earlier even
though the feed rocker arm is
not yet in feed position.
 Check the sensorB02 "Tying process active".
 Check the sensorB61 "Tying 1 (passive)" and set the feed
position, refer to page65.

Chamber film wrapping
Possible cause Remedy
FMI 7: The film is not pulled.
The film does not move during
the starting process.
 Only use film rolls with the prescribed dimensions.
The film roll is not correctly in-
serted in the reception device
and/or the brake discs are not
set correctly.
 Insert the film roll according to the description, see chapter
Chamber film wrapping, "Inserting the film".
 Check and set the braking effect of the brake discs, see
chapter Maintenance, “Checking and setting the braking
effect of the brake discs”.
The film overhang is too short.
 Check the film overhang. Make sure it is at least 250 mm.
The tying actuator is defect-
ive.
 Check the tying actuator.
