– Mount and tighten screws .

Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)

– Mount and tighten screw .
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
– Position the fuel tank breather.
– Mount the seat. ( p. 34)
10.30Removing the chain guard

– Remove cable binder .
– Take off the chain guard.
10.31Installing the chain guard

– Position the chain guard. Mount cable binder .
Info
The cable binder must be run between chain sliding guard  and
swingarm .
100817-10
– Mount the cable binder at the rear.
– Align the chain guard so that screws  of the chain guide are visible.
– Tighten the cable binder and cut off the ends.
