Why is my KTM 690 Duke 2018 engine overheating?

Your KTM Motorcycle engine might be overheating due to several reasons. Check if there's too little coolant in the cooling system, inspect for leaks, and verify the coolant level. Dirty radiator fins can also cause overheating, so clean them. Other potential issues include foam formation in the cooling system (in which case you should drain, fill, and bleed the system), a buckled or damaged radiator hose (replace if necessary), a faulty thermostat (check it), a blown fuse 4 (replace it), or a defect in the radiator fan system (check it).
