[3] HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION MODEL
(1) Clutch Housing
Hydraulic Pipe
1. Disconnect the suction pipe (1) from hydraulic pump.
2. Remove the main delivery pipe 1 (3) and main delivery pipe 2 (4).
3. Disconnect the power steering delivery pipe (2) from regulating
valve.
4. Disconnect the oil cooler pipe (5) from clutch housing case.
(When reassembling)

Separating Engine and Clutch Housing
1. Place the disassembling stand under the engine and clutch
housing.
2. Remove the engine and clutch housing mounting screws and
nuts.
3. Separate the engine and clutch housing.
(When reassembling)
• Install the O-rings (1) (3) and collar (2) on the propeller shaft 2 (4)
as shown in the figure.
• Apply grease to the spline of clutch shaft.
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1211 or equivalent) to joint face
of the flywheel housing and clutch housing.
