Hydraulic Pump
1. Disconnect the main shift cable (2), select cable (3), accelerator
wire (1) and foot throttle cable (4) from cable stay (5).
2. Remove the cable stay (5).
3. Disconnect the suction hose (7), power steering delivery hose
(8) and hydraulic control valve delivery hose (9).
4. Remove the hydraulic pump (6) from engine.
(When reassembling)
• Before disconnecting the cables, be sure to note their original
position.

(4) Removing Power Steering Hose
Battery
CAUTION
• When disconnecting the battery cables, disconnect the
negative cable from the battery first. When connecting,
connect the positive cable to the battery first.
1. Set the seat to 1 row.
2. Remove the battery cover (1).
3. Remove the air cleaner hose (2).
4. Disconnect the negative cable (3) from the battery (4).
