UNPACKING
BUNPACKING WOODEN CRATE
1. Unpacking procedure
(1) Hook nylon slings at the four top corners of the
crate and stretch the nylon slings tight. (See the
figure below.)
(2) Saw cut the crate at the (c) marked line.
(3) Lift and remove the wooden blocks (Hatched part)
that are left at the crate side.
A When cutting the frame, be careful not to let the crate
top fall on the machine.
A Do not cut off any other positions. The machine or
parts may be damaged.
A Be sure that the crate is free of other obstructions (e.g.
nails, staples and etc.).
(4) Install seat support rod to the seat base with bolt
and nut. (See the figure below.)
(5) Close seat to operating position.
(6) Hook nylon slings at the bracket of front axle and
rear frame. (See the figures below.)
(7) Lift the machine and remove the crate bottom
away.
