$Instructions for transport
1. Place the machine in transport
position
From the working position:
- Activate tractor hydraulics and raise the rake wheels
until they stop.
- Turn off the tractor engine and remove ignition key.
- Reinstall the link bar, (1) attaching it to the transport
position on the primary pivot pins.
- Secure the link bar (1) with the retaining pins.
- Make sure that all safety signs and reflectors are
installed, clean and visible.
- Check safety chain for proper installation.
The machine is in transport position.
Before placing the machine into transport
position:
- Wait until the rotating parts have come to a
complete stop.
- Check that nobody is located in the machine
pivoting area. If there is someone, make sure
the person moves away.
Do not operate tractor hydraulics while in
transport position.
