16. STARTING SYSTEM

STARTER ONE-WAY CLUTCH/
STARTER PINION (90cc)
REMOVAL
Remove the left crankcase cover and drive
pulley face. (Refer to chapter 9)
Remove the reduction gear case.
Hold flywheel using universal holder (refer
to chapter 14) while remove the starter one-
way clutch drive nut with the special tool.
Special tool:
Universal holder A120E00017
Lock nut socket wrench A120E00015
Remove the starter gear.
Remove starter one-way clutch drive.
Special tool:
Start clutch puller A120E00006
Remove the reduction gear.
