  If your KYMCO Offroad Vehicle engine is hard to start, it might be due to a clogged fuel system. The fuel line between the fuel tank and carburetor, the float oil passage, the fuel tank cap breather hole, the fuel filter, or the fuel valve passage could be clogged. Check if fuel reaches the carburetor by loosening the drain screw to diagnose these issues. Also, test cylinder compression.

Alternatively, a flooded carburetor, a wet spark plug, a clogged air cleaner, or a throttle valve that is excessively open could also prevent the engine from firing. Remove the spark plug and inspect it again.
