8.19. WHEEL
8.19.1. REMOVAL
Elevate the wheel by placing a suitable stand under the frame.
Remove the nuts from the wheel.
Remove the wheel assembly.
(1) Wheel nuts
8.19.2. INSTALLATION
When reinstalling a wheel, tighten the wheel nuts in a
crisscross (rather than a circular) pattern. Be sure the tapered
side of the wheel nuts (1) face the wheel rim (2).
Wheel Nut Torque
Front 61 N-m (6.1 kgf-m, 43.9 lbf-ft)
Rear 61 N-m (6.1 kgf-m, 43.9 lbf-ft)
Be sure the tapered side of the wheel nuts (1) face the wheel
rim (2).
