4.14. SPARK PLUG INSPECTION
If the plug is oily or has carbon built up it, have it cleaned,
preferably in a sand-blasting device, and then clean off any
abrasive particles. The plug may also be to other suitable tool.
If the insulator is cracked, replace the plug. Use the standard
plug.
4.15. BATTERY INSPECTION
Checking the battery voltage if the cold engine start-ambient
temperature below -180C (00F).
Refer to "starting a cold engine" for proper operation.
